Worldwide scope: Registration is available without a country restriction. Services, payments, taxes, licensing and consumer rights remain subject to the laws that apply where the user and provider are located.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and protect access to their Google account. Impersonation, misleading information and unauthorized account transfer are not permitted.

Pet care

Professionals must honestly describe their skills, availability, facilities and limitations. Pet parents must disclose relevant health, behaviour, medication and special-care information.

Karevu’s limited role

Karevu only facilitates discovery, introductions and, where available, communication or booking tools. Providers and sellers are independent. Karevu does not employ or supervise them, does not guarantee their qualifications, statements, services or outcomes, and is not a party to the agreement between users.

Checks and responsibility

Users must make their own checks, confirm any applicable licence or professional status, ask appropriate questions and decide whether a person or business is suitable. To the extent permitted by law, Karevu does not assume responsibility for acts, omissions, services, goods, loss, injury, damage or disputes arising from an introduction. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Veterinary information

Karevu guides are educational. They cannot diagnose an animal, replace a veterinarian or justify delaying urgent or emergency care. If you are unsure, contact a local veterinarian or emergency clinic.

Pricing and payments

The applicable currency is shown before purchase or booking. Where online payment is enabled, PayPal processes the payment. Taxes, refunds, shipping and provider or seller terms may vary by jurisdiction.

Availability and safety

KAREVU may suspend an account, listing or feature when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention or service stability.
